Policy for test sites

For the safety concerns of our staff and all candidates, below items are implemented. Please read the followings carefully before entering the testing center

■ To prevent COVID-19 infection:
  • All test center administrators wear masks.
  • Hand sanitizers are ready for you at the entrance.
  • Social distancing is enforced in the testing center.
  • A body temperature check is required at the reception.
  • Doors stay open throughout test administrations.
  • All items to be touched by test takers are cleaned in-between each test administration.

■ You are not allowed to test today if you:
  • Have a high fever.
  • Feel ill.
  • Have exhibited any flu-like symptoms such as fever or chills, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath within the last 14 days.(Excludes those who have been confirmed to be negative for the COVID-19 by PCR tests and so on.)
  • Have traveled abroad within the last 14 day.
  • Live with someone who has one of above mentioned cases.

■ In the test center, you are asked to:
  • Wear your mask/face coverings at all times.Those who do not wear your mask/face coverings will not be allowed to take the test.
  • Clean your hand with sanitizer when entering the facility.
  • Please take your temperature at the reception.
  • Refrain from chatting to prevent droplet infection.

■ Change / cancellation of test appointment
You can change test date and test time or cancel your test appointment 3 business days* prior to your test date (if your appointment falls on the weekends, 4 business days* prior to your test date).

Passed the deadline of changing or cancelling test appointment
If you are infected with or you suspect you have the novel coronavirus and the deadline of changing or cancelling your test appointment has passed, please submit the below Frequently Asked Questions by 18:00 on the next business day* of your test date.

Note: You can submit the form after the deadline. However the entry which was submitted past the deadline is not entertained.
