Burmese Customer Service Center may be suspended without any announcement due to the current unpredictable situation of the telecom and internet infrastructure. Policy for test centers
ATTENTION ALL TESTING CANDIDATES
READ BEFORE VISITING THE TEST CENTER

For the safety concerns of our staff and all candidates, Prometric requires every candidate to bring and wear a mask or face covering while in a Prometric Testing Center.

For testing purposes, “face covering” means a covering that fully covers a person’s nose and mouth (e.g. scarves, bandannas, etc.) You do not need to have a medical-grade mask to test.

If wearing Personal Protective Equipment is not mandated by local Government, but you wish to wear a protective face mask/covering or gloves this is allowed. Please follow the instructions that the TCA’s give to you when checking in for your test.

■ Wearing a facial mask
• For verifying identity or when the proctor deemed it as necessary, please remove the facial mask once according to the instructions by the proctor.
• Facial masks are not distributed at test centers. Please bring your own facial mask.
• Please note that the proctors also wear facial masks.

■ Test taking dismissal
If you have a severe cough or other symptoms that may affect other candidates, the proctor may stop you from taking the test, your test taking will be cancelled and you may be asked to leave the room at the discretion of the proctor.

If you are infected with the novel coronavirus or have symptoms suspected of being infected with the virus, please change or cancel your appointment by yourself in advance.
