GENERAL REGISTRATION Process in Japan

Prometric Contact Center is the sole point of contact to schedule a test in Japan. If you are a test taker in Japan, please follow the steps below to schedule your testing appointment.

Step 1：DOWN LOAD REGISTRATION Document. and COMPLETE REGISTRATIONFORM

Step 2：FAX REGISTRATION FORM TO CONTACT CENTER

(Designate Fax number on the bottom of each registration form)Your Registration Form will be kept for ONE WEEK ONLY and then appropriately destroyed.

Step 3：CALL CONTACT CENTER TO REQUEST YOUR SCHEDULE

Payment with Credit Card / Voucher Ticket / Promotion Code

CALL CONTACT CENTER to request your schedule NO LATER THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS before your test date.

(If your request is to test on Saturday or Sunday, then the deadline is 4 business days prior)

Payment with Convenience Store / Pay-easy

CALL CONTACT CENTER to request your schedule NO LATER THAN 4 BUSINESS DAYS before your test date.
(If your request is to test on Saturday or Sunday, then the deadline is 5 business days prior)

Your Test Appointment Order will NOT be PROCEEDED UNTIL we receive your call after you fax the completed registration form.

Step 4：RECEIVE APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION LETTER by FAX or Postal Mail

We will fax or send out Appointment Confirmation Letter before the testing day.
*When you choose the payment methods as Convenience Store Pay-easy, we will do so after the payment processing is done.
