IT Certification : Registration for a test

GENERAL REGISTRATION Process in Japan

Prometric Contact Center is the sole point of contact to schedule a test in Japan. If you are a test taker in Japan, please follow the steps below to schedule your testing appointment.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT TESTING CENTERS DIRECTLY
All Testing Centers are CLOSED on Japanese National Holidays and New Year Holidays. <Operation schedule may vary in each testing center and subject to change without notice. For more information, please call us during business hours.

Step 1

DOWN LOAD REGISTRATION Document. and COMPLETE REGISTRATIONFORM

Step 2

FAX REGISTRATION FORM TO CONTACT CENTER

(Designate Fax number on the bottom of each registration form)

Your Registration Form will be kept for ONE WEEK ONLY and then appropriately destroyed.

Step 3

CALL CONTACT CENTER to request your schedule NO LATER THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS before your test date.

(If your request is to test on Saturday or Sunday, then the dead line is 4 business days prior)

Your Test Appointment Order will NOT be PROCEEDED UNTIL we receive your call after you fax the completed registration form.

Registration Deadline example(See calendar below)

<Case 1> Request to test on weekday (see below in green cell)
If you request to test on 10th (Wed) → Must Call by 5th(Fri)
<Case 2> Request to test on Saturday Sunday (see below in orange cell>
If you request on 20th(Sat) or 21st (Sun) → Must Call by 15th(Mon)

Business day : Mon-Fri (Public Holiday excluded)

Step 4

RECEIVE APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION LETTER by FAX or Postal Mail

We will fax or send out (by Postal mail) your confirmation letter on the next business day of your call for testing appointment.

Step 5

PAYMENT (Billed after Testing)

Invoice will be sent out within 2 weeks of after your testing day.
Please promptly pay the fee by the due date on the invoice.

All Infosys candidates with names in Alphabet who can bring an ID with
names in Alphabetcan call our Contact Center to register.
